DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL ESTABLISHMENT?
Bridals by Natalie operates as an online-only store to bring our exceptional service and exquisite wedding apparel to you, wherever you are. Our offices are not open to the public. Bynatalie.com and Bridalsbynatalie.com are online domains of Bridals by Natalie.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS?
Bridals By Natalie offers appointments for alterations only. To schedule an alteration appointment, please use our contact us page. Describe your alteration request and provide a couple of scheduling options for your appointment. .

 


Orders

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

Thank you for shopping at www.bynatalie.com! After placing your order, it will be processed within 24-72 business hours. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly. Once your order is processed, you will receive another email with your estimated ship date. When your order ships, we will send you an email with the shipping tracking number. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected and your location. Estimated USA delivery times are included in each dress description. If your dress is not available, we will contact you to offer alternatives or provide a cancellation and refund as needed.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Yes, Bridals by Natalie ships worldwide via UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service. We will contact you if there are any restrictions based on your country or shipping destination. Please check standard delivery times for your country with the specific carrier. Note that carrier times are in addition to the time needed to fulfill your order. For in-stock items, consider the processing time plus the carrier's standard delivery times.

WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF YOUR DRESSES?
The standard length for our long dresses is 58-61 inches. The length of each dress is included in its description.

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?
Please use our Contact Us form to reach us at any time. Include your invoice/order number, dress designer, and model reference to help us track your request efficiently.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you don't receive it and your order status shows shipped, check your spam folder before contacting us.

MY ORDER SAYS “CANCELLED”. WHY IS THAT?
Your order may be cancelled if it was out of stock, there was a payment issue, or we didn't receive a response from you. Please contact us to resolve this issue.

HOW DO I CHECK THE AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIME OF A DRESS?
All dresses we sell are in stock. The estimated delivery time is included in each dress's description. For additional questions, please use the Contact Us page and include the designer, dress style name, color, size, and any special requests.

HOW DO I FIND MY CORRECT SIZE?
Each dress's detail page includes a size chart from the designer. Most wedding gowns and special occasion dresses require alterations. If you're between sizes, we recommend ordering a size up, as it's easier to take in a dress than let it out. For web or phone orders, you are responsible for selecting the proper size. We are not responsible for dresses that do not fit.

WHAT IF MY DRESS IS NOT AVAILABLE?
If your dress is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or allow you to cancel. If we cannot fulfill your order, your credit card will be fully refunded.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Log into your account or verify your email address or phone number to access the order status page. This page provides information such as shipment status, shipping carrier information, and estimated delivery dates.

ARE ALTERATIONS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE DRESS?
No, alterations are an additional charge to the cost of your dress.
