Shipping policy

At Bridals by Natalie, we provide estimated delivery times for all dresses, typically ranging between 7-10 business days for USA deliveries. If there is any delay, we will notify you immediately with a new estimated delivery date. In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and offer alternative suggestions. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund.

Please note that once your order ships, standard carrier shipping times will apply based on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Our shipping carriers include UPS, and USPS. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Please be aware that we are unable to ship to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.
